1. Scope
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all activities through which ID Pier (domain idpier.com, the "Site") processes your personal information via the website, the ordering system, customer-service channels, and other related interfaces. It does not apply to third-party websites or services reached through links on the Site; their information practices are governed by their own privacy terms.
2. Personal Information We Collect
1. Transaction and contact information: the e-mail address and contact details you provide when ordering or contacting customer service; order numbers; the content and screenshots of your communications. This information is necessary to deliver products, handle after-sales support, and send transactional notices.
2. Order and payment information: product name, order amount, order time, payment channel, and the transaction status and reference number returned by the channel. Your full payment credentials (such as card numbers or payment passwords) are processed directly by the payment service provider in its own systems; the Site neither collects nor stores them.
3. Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, language preference, access times, referring and exit pages, page views, and click records. Most of this is generated automatically by server logs and security components.
4. Cookies and equivalent technologies: the Site uses necessary cookies (session and sign-in state), preference cookies (language, cart), and local storage for statistics and security. You may refuse or delete cookies through browser settings, though some features may then stop working.
5. Customer-service and after-sales information: supplementary information you voluntarily provide to resolve an order issue, such as sign-in screenshots, error-message screenshots, or order vouchers.
Beyond the above, we will not ask you for sensitive personal information unrelated to the transaction (such as government-ID photos, biometric data, or religious beliefs). If you provide it voluntarily, we will process it only to the minimum extent necessary for the transaction or compliance and apply heightened safeguards.
3. How We Use Information
- Order processing: confirming payments, delivering products, creating and keeping order records, sending delivery details and order-status notices;
- After-sales support: handling refunds, replacements, and complaints, and verifying transactions and usage;
- Security and risk control: identifying fraudulent orders, malicious refunds, abnormal access, and system abuse to protect your and the Site's assets;
- Site operations: analyzing page visits and usage to improve the catalog, performance, and user experience;
- Legal compliance: fulfilling statutory duties such as retaining transaction records and responding to lawful requests.
These uses are directly related to the purposes of collection. If we need to use information for a new purpose, we will seek your consent again unless the law permits otherwise.
4. How We Share Information
We pledge that we never sell your personal information and never share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Sharing is limited to:
- Service providers: payment channels, e-mail delivery, cloud storage, and security vendors. We provide only the minimum information necessary for the corresponding service and bind them by contract to protections no weaker than this Policy and to a prohibition on any other use;

- Order and transaction records: at least three years from completion, for after-sales, reconciliation, tax, and compliance review;
- Customer-service and after-sales records: twelve months from case closure;
- Technical logs and security records: no more than twelve months;
- Risk-control disposition records (fraud or abuse): no more than twenty-four months from disposition.
After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires longer retention.
6. Data Security Measures
The Site applies layered technical and organizational measures: HTTPS for all traffic; least-privilege access control with audit logging in the back office; encryption of sensitive configurations; and regular system updates and security reviews. At the same time, no internet environment is absolutely secure. If a data-security incident affects your rights, we will notify you promptly by e-mail or announcement as required by applicable law and take reasonable remedial measures.
7. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
To prevent fraud and abuse, the Site may perform automated risk-control decisions based on device characteristics, access frequency, and order/payment patterns. - Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent to non-essential processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- Portability: to obtain a copy of the personal information you provided, within a reasonable scope.
Exercise these rights through the online customer service or e-mail address in the footer. To protect account security, we may need to verify your identity (for example, via your designated e-mail). We will respond within fifteen business days after verification; if a request is declined, we will explain why and the remedies available. Note: deleting transaction-related information may invalidate your after-sales evidence—please exercise this right carefully.
9. Minors
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at minors, nor do we knowingly collect minors' information. If you are a guardian and believe we processed a minor's information without knowledge, contact us immediately and we will verify and delete it as soon as possible.
10. Cross-Border Transfers
The Site's operator, servers, and service providers may be located in different countries or regions, and your information may be transferred across borders to the extent necessary to complete transactions, provide services, or meet legal obligations. We ensure such transfers are encrypted throughout and require recipients to provide protection no weaker than this Policy through contracts, standard clauses, or other arrangements.
11. Data-Security Incident Notification
Should a security incident result in the leakage, alteration, or loss of your personal information, we will assess the scope promptly after discovery, notify you via your designated e-mail or a site announcement within the time limits required by applicable law—describing the incident, its likely impact, and the measures taken—and keep you updated on the response.

This Policy may be revised as laws, business, or technology change. Revised versions are published on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top refreshed; material changes to processing purposes, methods, or types of information will be flagged prominently. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy; if you disagree with a material change, you may stop using the Site and exercise your rights under Section 8.
